About Seema Pabari

I am an SEO copywriter, storyteller and digital marketing strategist. I worked in the consumer packaged goods industry for many years and left the corporate world in 2008 to raise my child. Since then, I have immersed myself in digital marketing. My clients include businesses that do not require a full-time marketer. I write their content and lead their digital marketing and SEO strategy. They come from a variety of industries and include lawyers, debt counsellors, psychotherapists, veterinarians, career coaches as well as jewellers and food entrepreneurs. I have also advised SaaS startups and regularly consult for marketing agencies.

Decades of rounded experience in both consumer packaged goods and digital marketing leave me well positioned to advise you. I do not write “fluffy” content and focus on getting results. You could define these to mean ranking for search phrases, increasing traffic to your website, sales growth, engagement with clients, etc.

Hiring Me

You understand your business better than I do. However, I likely know more about content marketing and SEO. We’ll need to cooperate, communicate clearly and trust each other. Engaging a copywriter for SEO works best as a long-term relationship. To do my job well, I must become intimately familiar with your business, brand personality, audience, and content. This will allow me to inject harmony, cohesiveness, and continuity into your communication. More importantly, it will help me interlink relevant pages together to strengthen your website structure, a crucial element not to be underestimated with SEO.

Let’s have a conversation to see if we are a good fit for each other. Before you engage me, I will encourage you to speak to some of my clients, so you know what to expect.

Here’s what you should know about me before we meet:

  • My family always comes first.
  • I speak five languages.
  • Nirvana is hiking and connecting with nature.
  • I am a lifelong vegetarian and enjoy cooking.
  • I am a novice dancer in the Classical Indian dance style called Kathak and am training my voice to record three original songs I composed many years ago.

Yes, I keep busy, but I make time for writing daily.

Content Marketing

During my early days in marketing, Yellow Page ads were a staple in any business marketing portfolio. Today, search engines and social media platforms have replaced it. They are akin to the old Yellow Pages on steroids. Google only became the dominant search engine in the early 2000s. And Facebook started in 2005. You could say we grew up together, and I understand them well.

They offer the most impactful form of marketing, particularly for knowledge-intensive professions, like law, medicine, and finance.

These platforms bring you the opportunity to find, interact with, and grow communities of loyal fans like never before. But none of this happens “magically.” It starts with a technically solid website where you publish good quality and compelling content, which you would then push out through your social media channels.

Broadcasting Your Message

Your audience does not live on your website. We need social media channels and ad platforms to broadcast your message so they can find you. Let’s look at what makes sense for your business. If you already own a qualified mailing list, could a newsletter work?

At this stage of your marketing, I will change gears from my creative right brain to my left analytic brain. You will quickly learn how passionate I am about data analysis. I measure everything. If I overwhelm you with terms you do not care for, like impressions, reach, CPC, conversion rates, etc., tell me to tone it down a notch! I will not be offended. However, I will always rely on insights from data to drive an informed decision-making process for your marketing.

My strength lies in articulating complex legal, technical, financial and medical information in simple and straightforward language, so people understand it easily.

We should connect if you:

  1. Primarily want to grow your business through your website,
  2. Don’t have the time or aptitude for writing engaging content, regularly,
  3. Wish to have the ideal audience find you on-line,
  4. Want an experienced hand to guide you through the noise of SEO.

An SEO website, curated with years of good quality content, is like a long-term investment portfolio. It has the potential to generate sizeable revenues. This makes it an invaluable business asset. Each blog I create for you can live on indefinitely, accruing value for a very long time. Never underestimate the merit of hiring an experienced SEO copywriter to grow your business.

I keep my rates modular, so you only pay for what you need. If you’re curious to learn more, let’s make time to chat! The first 30 minutes with me are free!
